All orders ship free worldwide. We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to every destination we serve, which means customs charges and duties are included in the product price and there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Delivery time

6-8 business days from the day you order, including processing. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days; orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance can add time on international orders and is outside our control.

Shipping cost

Free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order value. Every shipment is insured and tracked.

Returns

Fourteen days from delivery to return or exchange any piece. Exchanges are complimentary. For refunds, a prepaid return label is provided for a flat €6.99, deducted from your refund, in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Personalised pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. 

Undeliverable and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed or incorrectly addressed, any import duties, taxes or customs fees incurred are deducted from the refund. Where those charges exceed the order value, the balance is the customer's responsibility.
